Are you available for events interstate or international?

While I am based in Melbourne, I am more then happy to travel. When booking a destination event, we will schedule a call to consult and work through all logistics together.

My priority is ensuring the travel arrangements are viable, efficient, and transparent for both parties. All necessary travel, accommodation, and per diem costs will be clearly outlined in your custom quote.

Do you provide your own sound equipment/microphone?

Audio equipment can usually be provided by the venue, DJ, or A/V vendor. I coordinate closely with them to ensure seamless audio.

If your event requires it, I can provide basic equipment (PA system, microphone) for an additional fee. We can discuss and quote this optional service during our consultation.

How far in advance should we book your services?

For peak season events (e.g., weekends, holidays, or popular months), I often book 6 to 12 months in advance. For corporate events or dates outside of peak season, 3 to 6 months is usually sufficient.

Ultimately, the sooner you secure your date, the better. Contact me with your event date, and I can confirm my current availability right away.

Is a deposit required to secure the booking, and when is the final payment due?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

  • Deposit: A 20 non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your event date. This guarantees my availability and covers initial administrative and planning time.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is typically due 7 days prior to the event date.

All payment terms and due dates will be clearly outlined in your custom service agreement.

What happens if you have an emergency and cannot make the event?

I have a robust contingency plan to ensure your event proceeds professionally, even in an emergency.

  1. Immediate Contact: I will notify you immediately.

  2. Trusted Backup: I maintain a network of high-calibre, vetted professional MCs. I would first secure an approved replacement and provide them with all necessary scripts and documentation.

  3. Full Refund Guarantee: If a suitable backup cannot be secured, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
